Available Positions

Junior Accountants

Accountants will have a minimum qualification in accounting or professional accounting and be registered with a professional association. Our ideal candidate will be detailed-oriented, are able to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients, and thrive under pressure. Practical experience using MYOB, Xero, and SAGE is beneficial but not necessary to be a successful applicant.


Our internship programme is specifically designed for individuals looking to gain practical experience in a professional and entrepreneurial environment. Any individuals currently enrolled in a Business degree or recent graduates are encouraged to apply – a major in Accounting is considered advantageous but not necessary.

An internship at ENKE & Co. is best suited for anyone looking to gain knowledge about management accounting, business start-ups and development, setup and implementation of financial statements, and traditional tax law and compliance.

Our 12-week internship is managed on a rolling-basis, with new candidates joining the program on a monthly basis – providing each intern with the opportunity to learn on a one-on-one basis from staff and provide leadership to interns starting after them.

Senior Management Accountants

Senior management accountants at ENKE & Co. are responsible for providing our clients with support, advice, and coaching on ways to develop and grow their business, from the perspective of management and analysis of their business financials.

A successful candidate would possess high level of attention to details, understands and appreciates the intricacies of business, and shows great respect and patience when communicating within the team and with clients. Applicants should have a minimum of 5-years of practical experience and have successfully completed their CA or CPA.


A bookkeeping position may be suitable for those who are proficient in both MYOB and Xero and have a minimum of 2 years’ experience.

Successful candidates will be certified users of both MYOB and Xero, and will be responsible for daily allocations of transaction, bank reconciliation, and participate in the preliminary preparation of business and instalment activity statements.

Tax and Compliance

A successful Tax Agent applicant will be officially recognised by the Tax Practitioners Board (TPB) and have both theoretical and practical experience and qualifications. Successful completion of your CA or CPA will be considered advantageous but is not considered necessary.

Successful Tax Agents will operate under the company license and hold a senior position within the firm and will demonstrate strength in practical aspects of taxation and compliance, as well as management and leadership.
